Eyelash Ease

I wanted to put on some fake lashes today, but I normally have great difficulty applying those strips. I usually have to resort to getting the individual lashes, but I hate getting those done because they're hell to come off.

During my lunch hour, I ventured over to the local Duane Reade, and lo and behold what do I discover????!!!!!!

The Modlash Starter Kit complete with an applicator. I rushed home to try it out, and to my amazement, it actually seems to work. I find it easier to apply the lashes with the applicator than with my fingers or the tweezers.

Check out your local drug store if you're having difficulty and see if they work for you.

When I'm not illustrating, I work as a make-up artist. I find that applying false lashes with your fingers is the most tried-and-true method. I usually apply them on the client's upper lid as closely to the lash line as possible, then once the glue has dried, I swoosh some liquid liner over top to create a more seamless look. Ta-da!
